A Pathway to Recovery

We operate a 10 bedroom residential recovery programme which is peer led. This Educational activity programme focuses on the 12 Steps which brings about change within those who desire a clean and sober life. 

 

The daily/weekly schedule includes - 

 

  • Big book study

  • Peer on peer perspective (peer led)

  • Fitness

  • Swimming

  • Massages

  • Cleaning

  • Community meeting (peer led) 

  • Cooking support (peer led)

  • Live recovery meetings

  • Online recovery meetings

  • Affirmation 

  • Workbook 

  • Powerless/unmanageability examples 

  • Cleantime countdown 

  • Peer of the week

 

We also deliver fun activities where the group start to reintegrate back into society, finding new hobbies, building confidence, self esteeem and start enjoying life again. 

 

Through learning about our emotional nature and practicing tools to manage these emotions better, we begin to bring about change within our lives and sustain our recoveries. ​

Mission

To deliver 20 graduates every year. And to deliver the tools to these graduates which will allow them to live a life of entire abstinence and at the same time giving them purpose and direction for their future. 

Construction of New Modular House

Vision

We aim to increase capacity within Hope House by adding an additional 5 bedrooms allowing us to offer 15 placements at one time.
